Dragonmaw-EU based Alliance guild

ok was started by a group of real life friends who didn't feel like playing in a raiding guild with raiding 5 days a week. We began on Ravencrest as a small casual guild, and we did did either internal 10 man raids or 25 man PuGs.
Lately we've wanted to expand into a 25 man guild, since we mostly had to pug ICC25, and this never ended the way we wanted it to, so obviously we needed more members to bolster our ranks. That combined with, at times, unplayable latency of Ravencrest, got us into accepting the Free Character Migration and moved to Dragonmaw, where we want to start an active 25 man raiding guild.

Due to the original nature of the guild, we are quite a mixed bunch regarding raiding experience due to pugs, but among us are both ToGC10/25 Insanity, Glory of the Ulduar Raider, Starcallers, and Kingslayers. So far we've gotten 11/12 in ICC 25 and 9/12 in ICC 10 Heroic.

We are looking for mature, competitive and active players who likes to get challenged by the newest encounters that Blizzard throw after us. We are quite open in who we take in, and with todays ease of obtaining gear good enough for raiding ICC10 and 25, gear is not the defacto in our decisions.
Oh, and last requirement, have some humour!

Since we are a casual guild, the raids are scheduled only two days a week on Wednesdays from 19.30-23.00 & Mondays 19.30-23.00. Extra day(s) may be added. 10 man content will be scheduled inbetween those days.

We require close to 100% attendance on the two permanent raiding nights.

Loot will be distributed through loot council.

Raid Experience

Vanillia: all 4 Emerald Dragons, Azuregos, Kazzak, Thunderaan, MC/BWL/AQ and up until Gothik the Harvester in Naxxaramas.
TBC: Gruul, Doomlord Kazzak, Doomwalker, Karazhan, Gruul and Magtheridon.
WOTLK: Naxx 10/25, Sarth 10/25, Maly 10/25, Ulduar 10 and some 25 man experience, ToC 10/25, ToGC 10, ICC 10 with 11/12

What bosses have you found the most enjoyable:
C'thun, by far one of the most intertaining fights in the game, the amount of coordination required, and the rush during the soften phases is hard to beat.

What bosses have you found the most challenging:
C'thun and The Lich King. C'thun duo to it's high requirement of awareness of it's time, combined with 40 man raids. The Lich King duo to the massive amount of damage dealt to me combined with situational awareness make this a fun and challenging fight.

What are the circumstances behind joining and leaving your most recent guild(s)? Honesty counts.
Got back to World of Warcraft after a 2 years break, my previous guild State of the Art on Stormscale/Talnivarr disbanded and I decided to quit the game. Recently got "convinced" into start playing where I joined <ok> straight away.

Questions and additional information that we might find interesting in our decision making
Since the workload from the studies differ quite a lot from week to week. There might be weeks where I cannot raid everyday
